We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Clinical Services Manager to join our Nursing team at Lincoln Hospital, part of Circle Health Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing clinical services, providing leadership and direction to clinical staff, and supporting the initiatives of the hospital.

About the Role:

The Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of clinical departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving CQC Standards. This role will also involve the deployment, supervision, and teaching of staff within the clinical area, as well as maintenance of professional and cost-effective department services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and management of clinical services
  • Leadership and direction of clinical staff
  • Deployment, supervision, and teaching of staff within the clinical area
  • Maintenance of professional and cost-effective department services

Requirements:

  • Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially
  • Registered Nurse Level 1/Diploma/BSc in Nursing Studies
  • Robust understanding of Clinical Governance requirements
  • Up-to-date knowledge in area of practice
  • Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
