Key Responsibilities:

• Review style and design to identify and resolve manufacturing feasibility concerns.
• Conduct analysis of part design through virtual and physical studies.
• Analyse dimensional management outputs and develop assembly strategies.
• Support virtual build reviews and design and manufacturing feasibility reviews.
• Manage KPIs and support complex problem investigation and resolution.
• Collaborate with other suppliers to define key measurements and influence changes.
• Clearly define and document concerns/issues through the business process.
• Validate assembly feasibility using reference properties.

About the Role:

This is a temporary contract for 3 months, offering full-time work and the opportunity for hybrid working. As a Manufacturing Feasibility Engineer, you will play a vital role in evaluating manufacturing feasibility in line with business processes. You will analyse final assembly feasibility on future programmes, identifying and resolving manufacturing feasibility concerns. Your expertise will support design for manufacture best practises, assembly time targets, and production quality targets.
