**Job Title:** Chief Financial Strategist

**Location:** London

**Salary:** £75,000 - £90,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to play a crucial role in shaping the strategic management of our charity.

Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the operational and financial strategies, plans and activities so as to maximise the overall effectiveness of the charity in achieving its vision and core purpose.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a strategic capacity as a senior leader within not-for-profit and/or commercial organisations of a similar size and complexity. They should also have proven experience as a Finance Director or Deputy Director in a comparable-sized organisation and finance background (preferred) with operational/facilities understanding.

Previous experience, knowledge and understanding of both the voluntary and healthcare sectors is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational and financial strategies to achieve organisational goals
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organisational change and improvement
  • Lead and manage the finance function to ensure effective financial planning and control
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to inform business decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including funders, donors, and partners
