Job Summary

The Commercial Director will lead the commercial strategy for a portfolio of SaaS platforms, driving long-term growth through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities. In this role, you will develop and implement commercial strategies across platforms, aligning commercial objectives with overall business goals. You will also drive the sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets, overseeing the development of new client acquisition strategies and negotiating contracts, partnerships, and large-scale deals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement commercial strategies across platforms
• Drive the long-term growth of the business through market analysis and identifying new business opportunities
• Align commercial objectives with overall business goals
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to adapt and refine strategies
• Lead the sales teams to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Oversee the development of new client acquisition strategies for each platform
• Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and large-scale deals

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 8 years of experience in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role, ideally within the SaaS or technology sector
• Demonstrated experience in driving growth, closing deals, and expanding market presence within a SaaS business
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
• Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions
• Data-driven approach to sales and business development with the ability to make informed decisions
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibility
