Job Title: ACCA Audit Manager

Lowell is seeking an experienced ACCA Audit Manager to join our team. As a key member of our audit team, you will be responsible for leading independent assurance activities and providing opinions on the effectiveness of our risk management systems, internal controls, and governance arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement a proportionate risk-based internal audit approach across the Group.
  • Lead and deliver audit reviews, ensuring they are completed in line with the Group Internal Audit methodology, to a high standard, and within the allocated days and budget.
  • Ensure effective communication with business management and audit management throughout assurance reviews.
  • Prepare and present audit findings to the Group Head of Internal Audit, Regional Heads of Internal Audit, and key business stakeholders.
  • Provide advisory services to the business to add value and improve Lowell's governance, risk management, and internal control environment.
Requirements:
  • ACCA qualification and experience in internal audit or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting requirements, including IFRS reporting and local GAAP.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment and emerging risks.
  • Experience in delivering internal audit assignments, including planning, fieldwork, and report writing.
  • Desirable: experience in a financial services environment and/or an understanding of financial products.
