About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floor Manager to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and leading a team of stylists to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement floor plans and rotas to ensure maximum sales potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs.
  • Manage people matters, including return to work interviews, performance management, and attendance issues.
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
About the Location

Our standalone store in Bristol has been open since 2008 and is a hub for our brand in the region. As a Floor Manager, you will be based in this store and will be responsible for leading the team to deliver exceptional results.
