We are pleased to present a unique opportunity to join a leading Legal 500 Law Firm based in Newcastle.

Commercial Property Solicitor Role

This is a superb opportunity to join an award-winning, modern, dynamic, and supportive law firm that is set to expand its existing office network with the addition of a further commercial property solicitor to join their team based in Newcastle.

The firm is recognised across the North of England for its outstanding client care and high-quality commercial and private client work. Due to the development and expansion of the firm's commercial offering, it is now seeking to appoint a further Commercial Property Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to work alongside the existing Commercial Property team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and development work
  • Providing advice on commercial property law, including leases, licenses, and other related matters
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as corporate and finance, to provide a comprehensive service to clients
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial property law and regulations

Requirements

  • A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2-6 years PQE
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional and effective communication with individual and business contacts
