Job Summary:

As a Commercial Associate/Senior Associate, you will be responsible for working within our Legal 500 ranked Commercial department, handling a wide range of commercial contract and advisory matters for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as outsourced in-house counsel for a large conglomerate of businesses in the healthcare sector, including digital healthcare solutions, rehabilitation management, and medico-legal reporting.
  • Dealing with commercial contract and advisory matters for a group of local businesses in the leisure sector (restaurants and bars).
  • Providing legal advice and support to a local university.
  • Working with a national law firm on various commercial matters.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years PQE in Commercial Law.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial contract law and advisory matters.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
