We are looking for individuals who are highly organized, thrive under pressure, and possess excellent cooking and presentation skills. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
- Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Line Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent cooking and presentation skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments
