Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV 2 driver to join our team at Quality Service Recruitment. As a Class 2 HGV driver, you will be responsible for completing adhoc drops per shift with no handball.

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing deliveries and collections in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and equipped
  • Following all relevant health and safety procedures
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery of goods

Requirements

  • HGV 2 driving license
  • Valid UK CPC qualification
  • Valid Digital Tachograph Card
  • At least 6 months experience as an HGV driver

Working Hours

Shifts can be between Monday to Sunday, with a start time between 5am and 9am. You will be working for approximately 6 to 8 hours per shift.

Pay and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £16.94 per hour paid via our Umbrella provider. Alternatively, you can choose to be paid through PAYE, which would result in an hourly rate of £14.00 per hour, plus full pay for 28 days of annual leave, making the hourly rate £15.69 per hour including holiday accrual.
