About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Apprentice to join our dedicated kitchen team at The Black Bull (Bolton).
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced chefs in preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, from traditional pub classics to innovative seasonal menus.
Your duties will include:
Food preparation, including fresh produce
Stock rotation and management
Product research and development
Maintaining high levels of food hygiene and safe cooking practices
Contributing to menu development and quality control
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery
