About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drilling Operations Specialist to join our Construction Team at Natural Power. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the lead driller in all drilling, logistics, and maintenance activities on wind farm and infrastructure sites.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist the lead driller in drilling operations and perform associated tasks such as installing pipework, general ground works, and reinstatement.
  • Contribute to a positive safety culture and participate in team discussions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform routine plant and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Interact professionally with team members and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Attend regular meetings with Projects teams on site and at our yard/offices to discuss project progress and requirements.
  • Support project teams with other ad-hoc site works as required, including water well installation and general labour.
  • Travel to various sites across the country, working away from home as necessary.
