Job Title: Estates Administrator & Coordinator

Venesky-Brown's client, a public sector organisation in Clydebank, is seeking an Estates Administrator & Coordinator to join their team on a 3-month contract. The successful candidate will work on-site, Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage internal and external telephone requests and enquiries in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Operate and monitor the facilities/estates software system (Agility), providing customer feedback on reported defect progress.
  • Raise purchase orders for stationery and office equipment.
  • Provide regular monitoring information on performance in compliance with targets.
  • Assist in the planning of all RWOs/PPMs to ensure the maintenance of GJNH Estates and associated property-related assets.
Requirements:
  • Experienced administrator with evidence of facilities, estates, or maintenance coordination.
  • Knowledge of full range of administrative and organisational policies and procedures acquired through training and relevant experience.
What We Offer:

A competitive hourly rate of £13.19/hour PAYE and the opportunity to work with a reputable public sector organisation.

Please note that this is a temporary contract, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site.
