Elite Touch Group is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy and friendly office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload, dealing with a range of complex and straightforward matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and tax advice.

Main Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  1. Manage your own caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  2. Provide high-quality advice and support to clients, dealing with challenging situations confidently and appropriately.
  3. Work collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve excellent results.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform your advice and decision-making.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a professional and personable service.
  6. Contribute to team meetings and development, actively participating in discussions and sharing ideas.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 3-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a similar role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  3. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.
  4. A positive and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
