We are seeking an experienced Expert BIM Coordinator to join our team at FOUND Careers. This role involves working with a prestigious UK studio known for their award-winning approach to residential design.
About the Role
- As an Expert BIM Coordinator, you will lead the coordination and management of large-scale residential projects from concept to completion.
- You will work closely with architects, sustainability specialists, and designers to ensure the best use of BIM tools and workflows.
- You will also collaborate with the practice BIM Manager and other BIM specialists to uphold and follow practice standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement BIM strategies to improve project efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation.
- Ensure compliance with UK BIM Standards (ISO 19650) and building regulations.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Revit and experience in Revit modeling, model management, and content creation.
- Extensive experience working in a common data environment and ideally in a BIM delivery role on large-scale complex projects.
- Good knowledge of Navisworks or Solibri gained from working on live projects.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary range of £40,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- A hybrid working arrangement with 3 days in office and the rest working remotely.
