Sanctuary Personnel Ltd, a leading provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Cardiac Physiologist to work in Bristol on a full-time basis.

The salary for this permanent position is estimated at £48,500 per annum, with opportunities for career advancement within the company.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in performing and reporting adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms to BSE standards and hold BSE accreditation. They will be required to conduct quality assurance checks on equipment, submit reports, and archive study images in accordance with local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

A comprehensive understanding of data protection regulations, information governance, and the Caldicott Principles is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with hospital departments and GP practices.

Main Duties:

  • Perform and report adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms in accordance with BSE minimum data set and local reporting guidelines
  • Provide expert clinical guidance through our second opinion rota
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on equipment
  • Submit reports and archive study images following contractual requirements and local SOP
  • Coordinate with hospital departments and GP practices for urgent clinical referrals
