Private Client Tax Director

Job Summary
TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Director to join a prestigious Chartered Accountancy firm. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tax services to a diverse range of private clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Tax Compliance Services: Oversee the preparation and review of income tax returns, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Expert Tax Planning: Offer tailored tax planning advice to high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates, leveraging your expertise in areas such as CGT, IHT, Trusts, Wills, and Probate.
- Mentorship and Guidance: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members within the tax department, fostering their growth and development.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, communication, and a deep understanding of their tax needs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all statutory tax filing deadlines and regulatory mandates.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified with ACA/ACCA and/or CTA accreditation, or equivalent.
- Experience: Proven track record in private client tax within a practice setting.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UK tax laws and regulations.
- Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
