**Company Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our client's team in Speke. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, with expertise in first aid and mental health first aid.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse client groups across the UK.
  • Adapt training delivery to meet specific client needs, ensuring participants achieve desired competencies.
  • Evaluate and update training content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
  • Provide post-training support and guidance to clients, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of client training programs.
  • Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and job requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified to deliver First Aid.
  • Qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid.
  • Desirable: Creation of online content and online training delivery.

Working Hours and Location:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with the location being Speke.
