**Company Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to join our client's team in Speke. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training delivery, with expertise in first aid and mental health first aid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for diverse client groups across the UK.
- Adapt training delivery to meet specific client needs, ensuring participants achieve desired competencies.
- Evaluate and update training content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored training solutions.
- Provide post-training support and guidance to clients, addressing questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to develop training packages and proposals for prospective clients.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of client training programs.
- Develop new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, in collaboration with the training development team.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in first aid, mental health first aid, and training methodologies.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on industry standards and job requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified to deliver First Aid.
- Qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid.
- Desirable: Creation of online content and online training delivery.
Working Hours and Location:
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with the location being Speke.
