Job Description

Senior DFT Engineer Role

We are looking for a Senior DFT Engineer to join our team in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design for test (DFT) and back-end teams, working on a variety of projects including ASIC development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the DFT and back-end teams in the development of ASIC projects.
  • Develop and implement DFT architectures, including test pattern development and verification.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure DFT requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
  • Work closely with the SoC project team to ensure DFT requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Strong track record in DFT gained across several successful ASIC projects.
  • Experience with DFT architecture specification, implementation, test pattern development, and verification.
  • Knowledge of industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, and MBIST.
  • Experience working on SoC projects is beneficial.
