This is a key leadership position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in site management. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all supervisors, teams, and work activities on behalf of the Senior Site Manager/Project Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage site teams to ensure work is executed to Time, Quality, and Cost.
- Operate within timescales set out by the site management and highlight potential deviations in advance.
- Comply with health, safety, quality, and environmental legislation/practice within a substation environment.
- Apprentice trained, C&G Minimum NVQ Level 3 (Appropriate Course) plus 3 years' experience as a supervisor.
- Experienced in participating in site activities comprising of mechanical and electrical installation.
- Requires the presence and personal qualities necessary to effectively lead site teams and work within a team or individually as required.
- CCNSG Safety Passport.
- Manual Handling.
- Working at Height.
- Fire safety awareness.
- SMSTS.
- IOSH managing safely.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficient IT Skills, Word, Excel etc.
- Proactive attitude to support site initiatives and in communication with site management and fellow team members.
