About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Bathroom Category Manager to join our team at GCS Associates Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the bathroom category, focusing on growth, profitability, and market leadership.
You will work closely with suppliers to negotiate better deals and improve product offerings, and monitor and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and gaps within the category.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the bathroom category.
- Monitoring and analysing market trends, competitor offerings, and consumer insights.
- Working closely with suppliers to negotiate better deals and improve product offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £43,000 per annum, plus a company car or car allowance, and profit share scheme.
