Job Summary:
Leicestershire Adult Learning is seeking a passionate and creative ESOL tutor to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach ESOL to adults in a variety of settings, including community centers and online.
About the Role:
This is a permanent position, and the successful candidate will be required to work variable hours, depending on subject demand and their availability. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching ESOL and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach ESOL to adults in a variety of settings, including community centers and online.
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective ESOL lessons that meet the needs of adult learners.
- Assess and evaluate the progress of adult learners and provide feedback and support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors and staff to deliver high-quality education to adults.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a strong passion for teaching ESOL and a commitment to delivering high-quality education to adults. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
