About Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to lead our Witney-based recruitment team. As a Team Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of staff and driving sales targets in line with company objectives.

This is an ideal role for a Senior Consultant looking to take the next step in their career and progress into management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing and Placement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients to provide staffing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Talent Development and Management: Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the branch's market share and revenue.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of motivating and managing teams effectively.
  • Recruitment and Sales Skills: Strong understanding of recruitment and sales principles, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
