We are seeking a skilled Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at Signature TechnicAir, a trusted MRO with over 40 years in the aviation industry. As a Licensed Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support to our customers.
- Carry out all maintenance tasks to the highest standards in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure maintenance documentation is accurately completed ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Liaise with customers, manufacturers support representatives, regulatory authorities' representatives, company management and company support teams as required.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a positive customer service attitude without compromising quality to both external and internal customers.
- You hold a CAA B1 and/or B2 Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License.
- Ideally holding Cessna Citation or Embraer Legacy/Phenom type ratings but not essential.
- Business jet experience preferred but not essential.
- Possessing a full UK driving license, you have the unrestricted ability to travel as needed.
- Demonstrating a strong passion for providing excellent customer service is crucial for you.
- You are adept at planning and prioritizing effectively, ensuring efficient task management.
- Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are excellent, enabling you to convey information clearly.
- With a keen sense of diligence and high levels of integrity, you consistently demonstrate professionalism.
- Your self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision are notable strengths. You maintain a positive "can do" attitude, effectively employing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve issues promptly.
