About the Role

Boldyn Networks is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Finance Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and other financial reports. Your strong analytical skills and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly close packages
  • Review and process vendor invoices and employee travel expense reports
  • Enter newly executed AR and AP leases into the accounting system
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the reconciliation of various general ledger accounts
  • Prepare and analyze the monthly AR Aging report
  • Compile the monthly close package and assist with producing monthly financial statements
  • Assist with the monthly CAM entries and preparation of quarterly and annual CAM reconciliations
  • Provide supporting documentation for our annual audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, with a minimum of two years of professional experience
  • Experience working in real estate, technology, and/or manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills, mathematical problem resolution, and organizational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Experience with JD Edwards or Workday Finance is a plus
