Role Overview

Hunter AHP Resourcing is currently seeking an experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join a well-established NHS hospital in Kent.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled pharmacist to support the delivery of high-quality cancer care in a busy and dynamic hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist oncology pharmacy services to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
  • Review and dispense chemotherapy prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with oncology teams to optimise drug therapy and patient outcomes.
  • Counsel patients on the safe use of chemotherapy and other oncology-related medications.
  • Support the pharmacy team in maintaining high standards of clinical care and compliance.
  • Previous experience working as an Oncology Pharmacist in an NHS setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of cancer treatments, chemotherapy regimens, and oncology drug protocols.
