Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Night Nurse to join our team at Derwentside Immigration Removal Centre. As a key member of our Primary Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, and respond to emergency situations.
- Assess patients, undertake reception screening, and provide support to patients with complex needs.
