  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to enhance ROI and secure contract renewal.
  • Work with internal resources to execute account strategies.
  • Identify opportunities within existing customers to grow the Anaplan footprint.
  • Foster connections between customers and Anaplan teams, including Product, Support, Community & Sales, and partners.
  • Align Platform Expansion plans with key business objectives.
  • Enable Customers to achieve business transformation with Anaplan, mapping business goals to the platform's capabilities.
  • Promote engagement with Anaplan through community usage, user groups, and events.

Implementation

  • Collaborate with Customers, Partners, and Professional Services to ensure implementation success and service quality.
  • Resolve technical/platform issues with existing implementations.
  • Advocate model-building best practices with customers.
  • Strong project and program management experience.
  • Curious and adaptable, with a strong desire to understand customers' operations and objectives.
  • Account management or client services background.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Model building, forecasting, and other applicable experience.
  • Planning and modeling experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Financial Services is a plus.
