Thrive Group is currently seeking a Packaging Specialist to join our team in Wells on a temporary to permanent basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work as part of our packaging team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Product Preparation: Packing boxed dishes onto pallets and ensuring they are securely stacked.
  • Maintaining High Hygiene Standards: Ensuring all equipment and working areas are clean and free from contamination.
  • Quality Control: Flagging any issues with the equipment or packaging process.
  • Additives and Toppings: Adding toppings to products as required.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need a good level of English and a positive work approach. If you are a hardworking individual who takes pride in their work, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements
