About the RoleWe are seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will provide dignified personal care, assist during mealtimes, and provide sensitive and appropriate support with various aspects of people's lives. You will also be a comforting and attentive listener, building strong relationships based on understanding, trust, and genuine care.
Job Description- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily activities, such as eating and drinking
- Support residents with their physical needs, including mobility and continence
