The role of a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is crucial in delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team's efforts to ensure continuity of services to residents.
As a Care Assistant, your primary focus will be to assist residents with their personal hygiene needs while recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, and signs of infections.
You will also be required to act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their dignity and individuality at all times.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate initiative and respect towards residents and other team members.
Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. offers a comprehensive induction and training program to ensure confidence within the role, and experience is not required.

The estimated salary for this position is £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
