Key Responsibilities

  4. Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence and prepare related documentation, providing a seamless experience for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in corporate law and regulatory developments, applying knowledge to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Collaborate closely with internal teams on transactions, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Pursue active involvement in business development, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the firm's client base.
About the Role
  • We are seeking a talented Corporate Solicitor with 1-5 years of PQE experience in corporate fee earning, boasting a high level of technical competence and marketing/business development skills.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting targets, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and sound legal knowledge within the field.
