Technical Support Engineer - Heating

This is an exciting role that will lead to Technical Support Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Sales or similar within the business.

This is suitable for a Mechanical Engineer with knowledge of commercial or industrial heating systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems with heating systems and associated equipment.
  • Offer expert guidance on product installation, maintenance, and operation to clients and team members.
  • Work closely with the engineering and sales teams to support customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and industry trends.
  • Assist with product testing and quality assurance processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in engineering or a HVAC related field.
  • Experience of HVAC or refrigeration design or R&D.
