Field Service Engineer - Vending Machines

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team at JLB Recruitment Ltd. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our vending machines across Kent and Sussex.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to reported machine breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Order parts and manage returns for warranty claims
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good communication with our office team
  • Ensure your van is kept clean and tidy, and report any vehicle issues to the office
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Vending Engineer
  • Valid driving license
  • Ability to lift up to 20 kilos and move parts and small machines
  • Good physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position with 40 hours worked flexibly Monday to Friday
  • Competitive salary of £28,000 per year
