  • We are seeking an exceptional Drama Teacher to join our talented team at the Wayman Group.
  • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with students who thrive on challenge, offering high-quality teaching and support in Drama classes.

About the Role:

This permanent full-time position involves teaching Drama to GCSE and A-Level students in Warwick. The ideal candidate will have a passion for drama education, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Teach Drama classes to students aged 11-18, focusing on developing creativity, confidence, and performance skills.
  2. Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  3. Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Drama or a related field (e.g., Theatre Studies, Performing Arts).
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching certification.
  • Experience teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students is desirable.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of £30,000 - £55,000 per annum, paid according to the MPS/UPS scale, depending on experience. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching career while making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
