Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lessons that foster students' understanding of scientific concepts and inquiry skills across various disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support students' learning and development.
- Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of all learners.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience in teaching science at the secondary level.
- Profound knowledge in Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
- Commitment to promoting safeguarding and the welfare of children.
