About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. As a Specialist Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and mental health needs.
  • Implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice to promote positive outcomes.
  • Assist with personal care, teaching life skills, and encouraging independence.
  • Support individuals to access their local communities, socialize, and engage in activities.

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.62.
  • Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour.
