About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Product Development Manager to join our team at Blue Spark Organisation Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for managing and driving complex new product development (NPD) projects from concept stage through to launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring commercial viability and timely delivery.
- Lead a small team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve successful product launches.
- Identify new opportunities to expand the product portfolio and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain key external stakeholder partnerships, influencing and navigating project milestones to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Food Science or Food Technology.
- Experience in ingredients, powdered products, or drinks.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of recipe formulation, scale-up, and launch.
- Natural communicator with the ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
