Job Description
We are seeking an Industrial Network Architect Specialist to join our team at Claroty. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and configuring our cybersecurity solutions for industrial networks. You will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Professional Services/Technical Support or Network Engineering, with a strong background in IT networks and Linux operation and troubleshooting skills. A CCNA certification is required, while a CCNP certification is a plus. The successful candidate will also have experience working with Operational Technologies and Operational Technologies networks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and configure Claroty's solution to meet client objectives and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer technical requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback, industry direction, and market trends.
- Develop artifacts, documentation, and other deliverables to optimize services, increase product value, and create value for customers.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 per year.
