Lead the Fun

As our Adventure Playground Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive environment for children and young people with disabilities. You will oversee the playground's budget, manage a team of play champions, and develop creative play strategies to ensure every child has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all staff are trained in first aid and have the necessary support ratios to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for children.
* Oversee the playground's budget and ensure we are sticking to financial plans while maintaining a fun and engaging environment.
* Develop and implement creative play strategies to meet the needs of children with disabilities.

Requirements:
* Level 3 qualification or above and at least 2 years experience of working in a playground setting or early years setting.
* Experience of working directly with disabled children and young people.
* Ability to motivate and manage a team of play champions.
