Helpdesk Technician

At Aspectz Ltd, we're looking for a highly skilled Helpdesk Technician to join our IT support services team. As a key contributor to our organisation's success, you'll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients via phone and email. Your duties will include maintaining our IT documentation database, identifying and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the relevant teams when necessary.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, knowledge of various IT systems, including Windows, networking, and cloud services. Experience with anti-virus software, mail filtering, and other security tools is also desirable. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional demeanor under pressure.

Salary and Benefits
