Care Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our team at Midlands Care in Leicester. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.

You will work collaboratively with the care team to foster a positive and supportive working environment, adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and practices within a care environment. Participation in comprehensive training programs throughout the year is also essential.

The successful candidate will have no prior experience necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar environment is welcomed.

Key skills and qualifications required include a team-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and eagerness to learn. A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents is also essential.

The estimated hourly rate of pay for this role is £11.44 - £11.79.
