About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Edenred Finland Oy. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Validate new and changed products on testing environments to ensure they meet customer requirements.
  2. Review requirements and create test plans to ensure seamless testing.
  3. Identify process improvements to increase testing efficiency.
  4. Log, track, and analyze issues resulting from internal system integration testing.
  5. Support clients during user acceptance testing to validate issues and maintain a known issues list.
  6. Contribute to process improvements, procedures, and tools used in quality and efficiency improvements.
  7. Ensure quality assurance of delivered product changes.
  8. Work effectively with internal teams and project managers to ensure consistency of product changes.
  9. Communicate clearly on all aspects of internal validation, user acceptance testing, issue investigation, and progress.

Requirements

  1. A working understanding of SQL, including the ability to write basic-intermediate queries.
  2. Basic understanding of UNIX commands for navigating directories and viewing files.
  3. Technical background and testing experience.
  4. Experience in creating test plans based on collated requirements.
  5. Manual testing experience.
  6. Ability to understand and learn technical information quickly.
  7. Familiarity with XML.
  8. Comfortable working in a technology space with the ability to solve client testing issues and issues within this domain.
  9. Results-oriented, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
  10. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and good interpersonal skills.
  11. Great organizational skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  12. Self-motivated to attain desired objectives and outcomes.
  13. Understanding of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Tools.
