Job Title: Maintenance Engineer – Enclosing (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Wymondham, Norfolk
Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum including shift allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Rotational Shift Pattern: Two weeks of earlies, worked 7am to 3pm, one week of evenings worked 3pm to 11pm, one week of nights worked 11pm to 7am
Job Summary:
The primary role of this position involves delivering comprehensive support in Preventative, Corrective, and Reactive maintenance to the operations team, facilitating seamless management of our auto-fulfilment site assets. The position also requires ensuring that the manufacturing assets function with optimal efficiency and reliability. An essential part of your duty will be the promotion of continuous improvement, aiming to minimise operational downtime and maximise efficiencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work to defined standard operating procedures in line with the businesses methodology
- Monitor shift throughput, downtime and efficiencies
- Identify and eliminate breakdown time proactively by using continuous improvement methodologies
- Maintenance of a safe and environmentally aware working environment which is fully compliant with all Health, Safety and Environmental obligations
- Lead the drive for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service execution
- Learn from existing engineers
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of auto-enclosing machines
- Print industry experience
- Customer Focus and able to learn quickly
