Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supporting students with special educational needs and will be passionate about delivering high-quality support to help students reach their full potential.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced teaching assistants to take on a new challenge and work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to providing exceptional support to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to students with a range of special educational needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and other school staff.

Requirements and Benefits:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a mainstream setting.
  • A competitive salary of £27,000-£37,000 per annum.
