Housing Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Resourcing Consultant to join our Housing team based in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior recruitment consultants to source top talent in the market.
- Develop and maintain candidate relationships through phone and face-to-face contact.
- Expand our candidate network via LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assess their suitability for current roles.
- Sourcing candidates from our database, external job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Tailoring candidate CVs to match job requirements.
- Creating and refreshing job advertisements.
- Researching and adding new clients to our database.
- Increasing brand awareness through social media, networking, and sponsorship events.
