Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing property sales and lettings from enquiry to completion, conducting valuations and providing market advice to clients, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales and lettings from enquiry to completion, ensuring timely and efficient processing of transactions.
- Conduct valuations and provide market advice to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their properties.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
- Negotiate offers and agreements for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Assist with property marketing strategies, helping to showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements
- Estate agency experience in sales and lettings, with a proven track record of success.
