Career Makers Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Industry Equipment Operator to join our client's team in Skelmersdale. This exciting opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path for individuals with experience in operating cranes and hoists.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes and hoists safely and efficiently
- Inspect equipment before and after each use to ensure optimal performance and safety
- Read and interpret load charts to determine appropriate crane usage
- Perform basic repairs to machines as needed
- Set up machinery according to complex manuals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operating heavy industry equipment
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work on a standard Monday to Friday schedule from 08:00 AM to 18:00 PM.
