We are seeking a talented Culinary Director to lead our team at the waterfront Street Kitchen and Bar. Located in London's Royal Docks, this exciting new venue offers world-class immersive experiences and original productions.

Job Description

As Culinary Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of menus and culinary concepts that showcase the best of British cuisine with international twists. You will work closely with our chefs to create innovative dishes that reflect the unique location and atmosphere of our waterfront venue.

In addition to your culinary expertise, you will have excellent leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire our team to deliver exceptional food and service to our customers. You will also be responsible for managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment.

Requirements
  • Chef experience in a senior role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
