Role Overview:The Head of Resourcing will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for a wide range of legal and accountancy positions across the US and UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in candidate sourcing using multiple channels and platforms, including Reed, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Source candidates daily across multiple platforms, utilizing a range of sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams to understand role requirements and build candidate pipelines.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from sourcing to submission to placement, ensuring a high standard of organizational and project management efficiency.
- Provide insights on market trends and sourcing strategies to inform business decisions.
- Train and mentor junior team members as the resourcing team expands, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- Proven experience using job boards and sourcing platforms, with a strong understanding of the legal and accountancy recruitment markets.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional work ethic and dedication to delivering results in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Adaptable to a varied workload, recruiting for positions ranging from entry-level to senior roles, with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum)
